oh brother

The top three people who won school board positions were people I voted for. The fourth barely squeaked into the last available spot, narrowly beating Molly's dad, the fourth person for whom I voted. I'm disappointed for him...he would have been a great representative.


Today felt like sleep. I have almost fallen asleep countless times...in study hall, I wavered between levels of consciousness for about twenty minutes before Mr. B. slammed his metal desk drawer into his metal desk. That was really unpleasant. I don't think he did it on purpose, but I wouldn't put it past him.


My hair for prom is going to be an ordeal.


It's so fun to make mixed CDs.


I should have studied for French and worked on the English term paper and started the stupid president essay for Government but I didn't. Why didn't I? Senioritis, which manages to be both a pathetic and valid excuse.


It's kind of ridiculous how I just churn out these random sentences. I hate the "random firing" theory that refuses to give dreams any meaning, but I don't have any trouble with the same sort of thing during my waking hours. Blah.
